The entire camp eats together in our modern, airy dining room. Campers and counselors sit by bunk, and are served family-style by waiters and waitresses. Our varied kid-friendly menu is prepared by certified dietitians who work for universities during the winter, and we are a 100% nut-free camp. Additionally, we can accommodate all dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, kosher, vegan, and vegetarian diets, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any of your child’s special dietary needs.
We understand that everyone is not going to enjoy every meal, which is why alternative meal options are always available. Cereal, bagels, scrambled eggs, fruit, and oatmeal are always available at breakfast, in addition to daily rotating items such as pancakes, waffles, French toast, and assorted pastries. We have a fresh salad bar, soup, and pasta available at every lunch and dinner, in addition to the main meal which rotates daily.
