One of the primary goals of Kennybrook is to teach campers the importance of proper exercise and nutrition. Our fun and challenging 'Get Moving" program recognizes the need to teach lifelong skills that combat the sedentary habits that many young people have developed.

Run for Fun

We do this in exciting and unique ways...

  • Young campers join our "Feeling Good" Walk/Run Club.
  • Our 2 Mile "Run for Fun" is an all-camp event.
  • Healthy snack options are always available in the canteen.
  • Personal Trainers design individual workouts for our 8th and 9th graders.
  • Older campers enjoy regularly scheduled Yoga options.
  • Exciting land & water activities structured to provide good aerobic workouts.
